Salon Policies

• Grace Period: We offer a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. After 15 minutes, your appointment will be considered a basic manicure, and any additional services may need to be adjusted.

• No Show / Late Arrival: If you arrive more than 30 minutes late, we may not be able to accommodate your appointment. To ensure we can serve you properly, please arrive on time.

• Cancellation Policy: We require a 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
